269-637-1400"Horrible experience. Cody was personable and respectful. However, he stated he had to order a part for our furnace. After a week, I called to inquire about the part and it had just arrived. Cody came to install the part, but instead stopped to pick up a random plug and installed that instead. This did not solve the problem. I called and asked why he did not install the original part and the women who answers the phone said they did not want to use the part they ordered if it could be fixed using something else. The fact is, they wanted to keep the original part because it was paid for by the warranty company and they would be able to use this part down the road and charge a customer for this part that was free for them. I insisted that he return to make the repairs. Still again, we are having the same problems with the furnace. I called the office yet again and had to leave a message. She did not call back. I left another message. Ten days later, she finally decided to call and told us we had to obtain another request from the warranty company. I called the warranty company and it appears that too much time elapsed and we were out of recall. This is only because she would not return our calls. This was done on purpose. Well, not a smart move. We now are getting a professional company to come and look at our furnace and the warranty company is prepared to pay for a new furnace. "Thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry your experience is not what it should have been. Unfortunately in your case we were working through your home warranty company and had to follow their policies and procedures. One of their procedures is that we purchase any parts needed to repair a furnace. If it is a covered repair they will reimburse us. They do not supply us with free parts. I do apologize for you not getting return call every time you called. We do have record of calling back and talking with your husband to let you know you had to call the home warranty company again. This would have been the return call before you waited 10 days. Again I'm sorry for not getting back to you. This is a problem we have had that we are working correcting.
